Avanti Mind is small and direct: few people, no process to inherit, and problems that are genuinely hard. The platform and the hardware are both engineered in-house, which means the person who designs a thing here is the person who ships it.

A robotics platform that serves a household and a warehouse, works through a broadband fault, updates itself without being forged, and keeps its data in one country. That is a real problem across hardware, messaging, web platform and data — it is not a CRUD application with a fresh logo.

Hardware and edge	The consumer robot hardware, developed in-house, the software running on the device, and the messaging layer that connects a robot to the platform.
Quality and compliance	Product safety certification, UK regulatory conformity, data protection, and the testing discipline that earns a camera a place in someone’s hallway.
Support and operations	Answering households and businesses properly. On a site that promises support you can reach in Britain, this is the promise being kept.
Design	The companion app, the fleet dashboard, and the interaction design of a machine people live alongside rather than operate.

3What is open today
