The candour of machines.
A robot that hides a fault is worse than no robot. These are the promises the platform is built to keep, and the ones this site keeps too.
In development, with early access by enquiry for households and fleet operators.
What we promise
No hidden faults
When a robot is struggling, the platform says so plainly, on the dashboard and in the log.
A person in the loop
When something needs a human, your household sees the alert in the app, and each alert is recorded. Alerts to named contacts outside the household are not switched on yet.
Their say
The person being looked after sees who looked. Their consent to routine monitoring is recorded, and routine monitoring stops if it is withdrawn.
A record that cannot be quietly changed
Issued sheets are numbered and tamper-evident, and a revision supersedes the one before it rather than overwriting it.
Careful changes
Updates reach a few robots before all of them, and roll back if they misbehave.
What the platform is not
Avanti Robotics is not a medical service or an emergency service, and it does not replace a visit, a carer or a call to 999. It is attentive help that makes sure the right person hears when something needs them.
Where it can fall short
Today only household members are alerted, in the app. Alerts to named contacts outside the household are not switched on yet, and a phone number alone will not be enough. Showing a robot's offline gaps in the record is in preview.
This site keeps the same rule
Every robot, room and household on this site is drawn or fictional, and labelled as illustrative. The one film shows the product’s real screens running a fictional household and fleet on simulated robots. Nothing here pretends to be footage of a real home.
